You can estimate your Extension Fee based on a few simple inputs. You'll need the Fee Simple Land Value of your parcel, the current Lease Expiration Date, the Extension Fee Payment Date (the date you anticipate paying the Extension Fee), and the Extension Term that you are requesting, expressed in months.
The Extension Fee Calculator will automatically calculate the Extension Fee for you. The new Lease Expiration Date will be automatically calculated for you as well and will not exceed 2/28/2102 for the Creek and 4/30/2109 for the Hills.
